Terms and Conditions of the Father's Day Special Giveaway

1. Organizer
The giveaway is organized by Revelaré, with the domain revelare.co and the commercial name Revelaré.

2. Purpose of the Giveaway
The purpose of this giveaway is to promote the Revelaré brand and give away an onyx lamp, a semi-precious stone with warm light, valued at $280 USD.

3. Scope and Duration
The giveaway will be valid only on Facebook and Instagram from the date of publication until Sunday, June 16, 2024. The prize will be delivered on Saturday, June 22, 2024.

4. Participation
All individuals over 18 years old residing in the territory U.S. and meeting the following requirements may participate in the giveaway:

Follow the Revelaré page on Facebook or Instagram.
Tag 5 friends in the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram.

5. Participation Conditions
Participation in the giveaway is free. Employees of Revelaré and their immediate family members are excluded from the giveaway.

6. Prizes
The prize consists of an onyx lamp valued at $280 USD. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other product.

7. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all participants who have met the participation conditions. The selection will be made on Sunday, June 16, 2024.

8. Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced on Revelaré's Facebook and Instagram pages on the same day as the selection. Revelaré will contact the winner via private message.

9. Awards ceremony
The prize will be awarded on Saturday, June 22, 2024. The winner must go to the Revelaré store https://maps.app.goo.gl/XXteo9Gvyp41tDEz7 If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, a new winner will be selected.

10. Personal Data Protection
Participants' personal data will be treated in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be transferred to third parties without the prior consent of the participant.

11. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. Modification of the Terms and Conditions
Revelaré reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if necessary.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This giveaway is governed by the laws in force in the territory. Any dispute that may arise will be submitted to the courts of the participant's domicile.

14.No Sponsorship
This giveaway is NOT sponsored, administered, or associated in any way with Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Meta or any other company has no responsibility regarding the organization, management, or results of the giveaway.
